Use Oracle Primavera Project Planner v.3.1 and Enterprise PPM, project management and control software to successfully meet contract specification, Critical Path Method scheduling, cost control and resource analysis requirements for your Project/Program.
Provide and maintain client approval for required reports and graphics. Keep your data organized and standardized for easier coordination among all project participants, subs and suppliers.
Working as a consultant/1099 contractor or employee, as required, to meet project and company needs, using Oracle Primavera Enterprise PPM.
Setting up shop in your office, working in my office, telecommuting or going anywhere your job is located, in my fully self-contained and equiped RV, so as to be able to be on your site and once their, working immediately, computer and internet humming.
Working from plans and specifications, meeting with project managers, superintendents, foreman, owner's reps and engineers. Reviewing the project and walking the job with the participants to delineate the formal Plan, Critical Paths and final Schedule. Once involved, self-sufficiently and in collaboration determine peroidic project active activity percentage completes for software entry.
Using knowledge and a variety of skills gained from years of project and program experience to bring the best and most efficient and economical Primavera solutions to your project. Such as, trailer wall mounted graphic schedules, for daily supertendent/ foreman mark-up, at remote sites.
Producing the clearest, full size network CPMs and Gannt Bar Charts, to fully communicate with all project participants, the plan as best it can be delineated for reviewing and optimizing as much as it takes, to satisfy the planning and monitoring needs and requirements of the project.
Getting to know the project well enough so most progress reporting can be obtained visually, verbally and self-sufficiently.
Once the Baseline Schedule is established, start a practical approach/program to monitoring the project and follow through by keeping the plan up to date and a project "stethoscope" monitoring the health of your project/program.
For small to medium projects continue with an ongoing weekly half day to full day project review. Then two to four days work on current monthly update reporting and monitoring with all the graphics and reports needed per requirements each month, until project completion.
Use the latest photo and video and web posting means to efficiently accomplish project monitoring relevant to the established scheduling communication requirements.
